SugarRay, LLC: An Outstanding Record
There are few who know the Charlottesville area — and who understand its potential — as well as the principals of the development team of Sugaray, LLC. Suzanne Brooks is one of the owners of Pepsi-Cola of Central Virginia. She is a major presence in the local real estate development market and is a tireless participant in many local non-profit community agencies such as the YMCA and the Paramount Theater. Mike Gaffney has been a nationally renowned builder in this area for many years and also serves on multiple boards and commissions. George Ray was Director of Economic Development for the City of Charlottesville for many years and has been the moving force behind a series of high-quality projects over the last two decades.
The development team understands that small business owners can substantially increase the value of their businesses by owning their own office space.
